Four ways to light a house. We do all four, and only the outside.
Most companies staple lights to a roof and leave. We design the lighting first, then install commercial-grade material cut to your specific architecture. Then we service it, take it down, and store it.
Same crew, same standard, whether it is a December roofline in Heron Bay or a year-round landscape design on the Intracoastal.

- Do I buy the lights?
- No. On seasonal work we own the material. It is custom cut for your roofline, installed, serviced, taken down in January, and stored in our warehouse until next season. You never store a bin of lights again.
- What happens if something stops working?
- We are back out within 24 hours during the season. If we cannot fix that portion of your install, that portion is free.
- Do you work on interiors?
- No. Exterior only. Rooflines, facades, landscape, hardscape, docks, and driveways.
- Which cities do you serve?
- We install across Coral Springs, Parkland, Boca Raton, Weston, Delray Beach, Fort Lauderdale and the surrounding Broward and Palm Beach County markets.
- How early should I book Christmas?
- Book before October 1 for early bird pricing and the widest choice of install dates. Route density fills first in Parkland, Boca Raton, and Weston.
